Eric Yim

Trained and certified in different Knowledge Management (KM) approaches and techniques by leading practitioners and thought leaders, Eric has applied KM in the context of organisational development (OD) and effectiveness (OE) in both public and private sectors. 

In one of his previous roles as the KM consulting manager, Eric was instrumental in developing the KM Roadmap for the Singapore Government in 2005-2006.  He was also a part-time lecturer for the MSc (Knowledge Management) program with Nanyang Technological University from 2003-2005. 

Eric is presently assuming a regional OD-related role in a Fortune 500 company and pursuing his passion for effecting the value of KM in innovative ways.
