Cindy Teo
With a Masters in Training & HRM, Cindy believes in lifelong learning and continuous upgrading. She is a certified trainer in various fields, including: 'Certified Knowledge Manager' (International Knowledge Management Institute, USA), Professional Certificate in Designing and Facilitating Experiential Training & Team Building (Singapore Training & Development Association), and 'On-the-Job' Training Instructor (SPRING). Formerly a learning design specialist with the Civil Service College, Cindy played key roles in the design, development and customisation of many of the CSC's Human Resource Management, Organisational Development and Knowledge Management programmes. Ee-Leen Foo
Ee-Leen possesses a strong background in management consulting and training, having provided consulting services in various organisations in Knowledge Management (KM), Performance Management (Balanced Scorecard), organisational excellence and business process re-engineering. Formerly a consultant with the Civil Service College (CSC), Ee-Leen was a key member of the team that successfully designed KM solutions in two government ministries based on the award-winning product by the American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC). As the lead trainer for all KM programmes within the Singapore Public Service, she has trained participants from almost every public agency. Click here to read more. |

Douglas Weidner
Douglas was a pioneering KM practitioner. He is a respected KM consultant, columnist, speaker and now KM mentor. Prior to becoming Chairman of the KM Institute (2004), he co-founded the first KM professional society and its DC-based Chapter in 1998, re-elected as its President in 1999 and 2000. He was co-founder and Executive Director of a successor KM society's Learning Center (2001-4). Douglas developed the internationally acclaimed, Knowledge Management Certification and Master CKMT Programmes in 1999 - 2001, now with over 500 Certificants worldwide. He created blended versions in 2003 - 2005 (eCKMT), and the world's first interactive video KM Certification Programme in 2006 (vCKMT), available in late 2007. Click here to read more. |
