There are many definitions for Experiential Learning, but here at Tuesday People, we like to call it Learning by Doing.

If we experience pain from contact with heat, experiential learning makes us avoid heat in the future. This is a very powerful type of learning.

At Tuesday People, we provide experiential learning to our customers by creating an environment in which they learn for themselves the skills or knowledge critical to them.

We do so by converting boring or heavy content into interesting and fun activities. These allow the participants to learn the appropriate lessons and skills in a fun and engaging way.

In this way, participants learn and internalise lessons more effectively - and remember them long after traditional rote-based education has been forgotten.
